All my life I’ve been coached, except for when it comes to running. I’ve had field hockey, basketball, and softball coaches all who have benefited my life in a positive manner. They improved my game, made me push harder, and shaped me into a better person.
I’ve reached a point in my running career that I want to get stronger. I want to be faster, I have goals that I want to accomplish and I need help doing it. I can not reach my goals by myself, I need a coach.
